Torvex offers in-app purchases of virtual coins. By making purchases, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Coins are for use within the app only and cannot be transferred to other users
• We reserve the right to modify coin values or discontinue coin features with reasonable notice
• All payment processing is handled securely through Apple's App Store
